The Inspection
Process
iTO GROUP Home Inspections will provide you with a
comprehensive, professional, and unbiased report on the condition of the
property. The report will be given to
you on-site at the conclusion of the inspection.
The average inspection takes three to four hours to
complete depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Larger and
older homes will take longer to inspect.
We recommend you be present for a walkthrough at
the end of the inspection to have a better understanding of the final
report.
